# Écorce — surface (demo)

> Écorce is a Canadian retail network, starting in Québec: retailers, distributors and producers pooling their actions, knowledge and tools. This is its agent-first surface: any LLM can discover partners, search an SPN-mapped catalogue and create order DRAFTS. A human always confirms. This is a DEMO: every catalogue item is example/test data ("données d'exemple") with no real prices. Partners listed are targeted pilot partners, not signed partners.

## Rules for agents
1. Agents draft; a human confirms. You cannot confirm, place or pay.
2. Act only within the mandate returned with each response (demo mandate: mandate-demo-draft-only, draft only).
3. Never present test data as real. Say "données d'exemple" / "example data".
4. After create_order_draft, give the user the confirm_url.
5. Do not invent capabilities: if it is not in /.well-known/ai, it does not exist.
